Shipping Policy

Shipping availability, lead time and freight cost are confirmed separately for each order.

Products may be shipped from China using international courier, air freight or other agreed logistics services. Available shipping methods depend on the destination, shipment value, product quantity and customer requirements.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided during quotation or order confirmation. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and any information required for customs clearance.

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or commercial invoice, import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss and delivery terms will be determined by the agreed Incoterm or shipping arrangement stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation.
